Hi to everybody
Regrettably I have inspected the pitch this afternoon and
it is still currently unsuitable to play on. With the current and continuing
bad weather the area we play on is very saturated and the weather tonight is
forecast to be a frost which will potentially make it very difficult for the
little ones to play safely on.
I have therefore decided to cancel U6s training tomorrow due
to this.
We could risk it if the weather improves but there was a
frost last week and at the bottom end where we train the sun doesn’t reach that
area until later in the afternoon so it takes all day to thaw.
Apologies for this but I’m sure you will appreciate our
concerns.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE UNDER 6’s
IF YOU HAVE OTHER CHILDREN AT SCOTTON SCORCHERS PLEASE
CHECK WITH THE LEAD COACH FOR THEIR AGE CATEGORY AS CERTAIN PITCHES MAY BE PLAYABLE
AT THE MOMENT OR BECOME PLAYABLE LATER IN THE DAY.
