On Saturday 23rd November we will have over 30 children going to see Leeds United v’s Middlesborough game at Elland Road using their discount ticket scheme. The scheme includes the option of the football club providing team mascots, flag waving on the pitch as the team comes on or holding the giant shirt in the centre circle before the game starts. Details of what we can do have not yet been confirmed for the Middlesborough Game.
Given the high demand we have arranged with Leeds United to repeat the exercise when Leeds play Barnsley on Saturday 21st December (3pm KO)
Once again the cost is just £5 for each child under 16 (note that siblings and friends can also get the tickets at this price) and £20 for each adult. We must have at least 1 adult for every 4 children.
If you are interested in this opportunity then please let me know BEFORE FRIDAY 15TH NOVEMBER.
Please respond to richard.topham1@tiscali.co.uk, by e-mail, with confirmation of how many adult and children tickets you would like to purchase for this game, with names of all adults, names of all children plus ages and which squad the child is in (if any) plus your home address with postcode.
Please note that a response is a commitment to buy the tickets for the game at this price so please only reply if you are sure that you are available for the game at the advertised date and time.
Tickets are limited so please respond by the requested date as there is no guarantee of tickets being available after this date.
Note that if this remains a popular option for Scotton Scorchers then I also plan to make similar arrangements for the Leeds games against Leicester on 18th January and Huddersfield on 1st February. I expect the Huddersfield game to be limited availability so will probably be taking orders for both games in December.
